Hi, my name is Sudhir Pal, and I’m the Export Manager at SDO Pharma. As an Export Manager, my duties are mainly focused on the shipment of medicines to numerous countries. It is very important to check that every stage is being done on time and packaging is secured and ensuring unwanted delays are taken care of. I am also overseeing some locations on shipment safety and also addressing customer satisfaction, packaging and handling, and other quality-related problems in the ‘drug-shipment’ sector. I am also in charge of the ‘client-side payment’ and quality maintenance for the utmost satisfaction. I have a specialty in dealing with Dubai, but we have an excellent network in India.
