守護膀胱健康的第一步:從養成良好排尿習慣開始

膀胱是儲存尿液的重要器官,看似不起眼,卻與日常生活息息相關。許多人因為工作忙碌或環境不便,常常「憋尿」,這種習慣長期下來會讓膀胱功能受損,甚至引發感染。
