In drug formulation research, AACA can monitor the stability of peptides under various pH, temperature, or excipient conditions, offering data support for formulation development. For example, by monitoring the oxidation or degradation of specific amino acids, such as methionine, formulations can be optimized to extend the shelf life of the drug.
